Soft, pillowy bread rolls infused with crushed Oreos and creamy custard, baked to perfection. These Cookies & Cream Bread Pudding Rolls are pure indulgence!
Ingredients
6 cups bread cubes (preferably brioche or challah)
1 cup Oreo cookies, crushed
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
3 eggs
½ cup granulated sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
½ cup chocolate chips
For the Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
Prepare the bread mixture: In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes and crushed Oreo cookies. Mix well.
Make the custard: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk until smooth.
Soak the bread: Pour the custard mixture over the bread and Oreos. Gently toss until all the bread is soaked. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Fill the tin: Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin or baking dish, pressing lightly to compact. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set.
Make the glaze: While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Drizzle & Serve: Once baked, let cool slightly. Drizzle glaze over the rolls and enjoy warm!
Tips & Variations: Add white chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
