Ingredients

- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions
- Rinse the kelp noodles under cold water and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine the kelp noodles, carrots, cucumbers, bell pepper, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
