Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before using on your pizza.

- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
