Ingredients
For the Base:
1 ½ cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the White Chocolate Fudge Layer:
2 ½ cups white chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
½ teaspoon peppermint extract
½ cup crushed peppermint candies or candy canes
Instructions
Prepare the Base:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) .
Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Mix crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and melted butter until evenly combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form the base.
Make the Fudge Layer:
In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
Stir over low heat until the mixture is smooth and melted.
Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract.
Assemble the Bars:
Pour the fudge mixture over the cookie base and spread evenly.
Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top, pressing them gently into the fudge.
Chill and Serve:
Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours or until firm .
Once set, cut into squares and serve.
