Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  3. Mix in the maple syrup and eggs until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
  9. Let cool on a wire rack.
  10. Dip half of each cookie in melted white chocolate and let set.
