Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Mix in the maple syrup and eggs until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Let cool on a wire rack.
- Dip half of each cookie in melted white chocolate and let set.
