Ingredients

- 1 cup lemon juice (from about 4–5 lemons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- A few drops pink food coloring (for lemonade)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional)
- A few drops pink food coloring (for whipped cream)
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, combine the lemon juice and granulated sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
- Add the cold water and mix well.
- Add a few drops of pink food coloring and stir until evenly colored.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream on medium-high speed until it begins to thicken.
- Add the powdered sugar if using and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
- Add a few drops of pink food coloring to the whipped cream and gently mix.
- Fill a glass about three-quarters full with the pink lemonade, add ice cubes if desired, and top with a dollop of pink whipped cream so it floats.
- Garnish with a lemon slice if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.

- Use fresh lemons for best flavor.
