 - ¼ cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
 - In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
 - Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
 - In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
 - Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
 - Stir in the vanilla bean paste, sour cream, flour, and salt until fully combined.
 - Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
 - Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
 - Let the cheesecake cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
