Description

Delicious Valentine’s Hot Chocolate Bombs that melt in warm milk for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 oz White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Tbs Coconut Oil
  • ¼ cup Mini Marshmallows
  • ¾ cup Hot Chocolate Mix
  • 3 Tbs Festive Sprinkles
  • 1 6 cavity Heart Silicon Mold

Instructions

  1. Start by melting the white chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.
  2. Spoon melted chocolate to fill ⅓ of each cavity and spread it around for an even coating.
  3. Chill in freezer for 5 minutes, touch up any thin spots, then re-chill for another 5 minutes.
  4. Fill each cavity with mini marshmallows, hot chocolate mix, and a few sprinkles.
  5. Spread melted chocolate across the tops to seal it together.
  6. Refreeze for another 10 minutes and then demold each bomb onto a rack or parchment paper.
  7. Drizzle with extra chocolate and top with sprinkles. Return to the freezer for 5 minutes.
  8. To make hot chocolate, fill a cup with 8-10 oz of warm milk, add a cocoa bomb, and stir.

  • Customize colors by adding food coloring to the melted chocolate.
