Description

Delicious Valentine’s Day Pizza Roses made from crescent dough and filled with cheese and pepperoni.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 8-oz. tube crescent dough
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
  • 4 oz. large pepperoni slices, cut in half
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° and spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, unroll crescent dough and separate into 4 rectangles. Pinch together perforated edges to seal.
  3. Cut each rectangle lengthwise into three 1”-wide strips. Spread a thin layer of sauce on each strip. Sprinkle with cheeses and layer pepperoni halves on top half of each strip, slightly overlapping.
  4. Fold up the bottom half of the dough and tightly roll.
  5. Transfer to prepared muffin tin and bake until golden, 10-15 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
