Delicious cookies with Valentine’s Day M&M’s and Oreo pieces.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup butter, slightly softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup Valentine’s Day M&M’s
- 7 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Gradually add the flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt. Stir just until combined.
- Fold in the M&M’s and Oreo pieces.
- Using a large cookie scooper, scoop 10 equal portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 13 minutes. Cookies may look underdone in the center; this is fine, they will continue to set as they cool.
- For perfectly round cookies, gently shape them immediately after removing from the oven.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- Use regular stuffed Oreos for best results.
- Store cookies in an airtight container to maintain freshness.
