- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix turkey, pumpkin puree, breadcrumbs, parmesan, beaten egg, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
