1/2 cup brown sugar 
1 large egg 
1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)

Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, mix peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy
.
Add Cocoa Powder: Sift in cocoa powder and stir until well-combined
.
Fold in Chocolate: Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and dark chocolate chunks. Gently fold until evenly distributed
.
Shape Dough: Roll dough into 1.5-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart
.
Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set. They may appear slightly soft in the middle – that’s perfect! 
Cool and Enjoy: Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy the chocolatey goodness! 

Tips:
For extra gooey cookies, slightly underbake them!
