Ingredients

  • 200g udon noodles
  • 150g chicken, sliced
  • 100g bell peppers, sliced
  • 100g carrots, julienned
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook udon noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Add bell peppers and carrots, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Add cooked udon noodles and soy sauce, mix well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Garnish with green onion and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, replace chicken with tofu.
