A delicious and satisfying stir-fried noodle dish.
Ingredients

- 200g udon noodles
- 150g chicken, sliced
- 100g bell peppers, sliced
- 100g carrots, julienned
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook udon noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell peppers and carrots, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked udon noodles and soy sauce, mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with green onion and serve hot.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, replace chicken with tofu.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
