- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups beef broth

- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning, cook for 1 minute.
- Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
