  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp light brown sugar, packed
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 5 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove pie crust from freezer and let thaw 10–15 minutes.
  2. Wash and dry blueberries, removing any stems or damaged berries.
  3. In a bowl, mix granulated sugar, lemon zest, and cornstarch.
  4. Add blueberries and lemon juice; stir until evenly coated.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
  6. Spoon blueberry filling into the crust, mounding slightly in the center if needed.
  7. Evenly sprinkle crumble topping over the filling.
  8. Place pie on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Cover loosely with foil after about 40 minutes to prevent over-browning.
  9. Cool completely before slicing.
