- 4–5 cups fresh blueberries
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2½ tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh lemon zest
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp light brown sugar, packed
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 5 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove pie crust from freezer and let thaw 10–15 minutes.
- Wash and dry blueberries, removing any stems or damaged berries.
- In a bowl, mix granulated sugar, lemon zest, and cornstarch.
- Add blueberries and lemon juice; stir until evenly coated.
- In another bowl, combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Spoon blueberry filling into the crust, mounding slightly in the center if needed.
- Evenly sprinkle crumble topping over the filling.
- Place pie on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Cover loosely with foil after about 40 minutes to prevent over-browning.
- Cool completely before slicing.

- Refrigerate leftovers once cooled.
- Pie can be frozen after cooling; wrap tightly with foil and plastic wrap.
