Ingredients

- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, and parsley.
- Add eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread cranberry sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Use lean turkey for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add your favorite spices for extra flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
