Teriyaki Chicken Glaze is a sweet and savory sauce that enhances grilled or baked chicken.

- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Add the slurry to the saucepan and stir well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Remove from heat and let it cool before using.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- This glaze works well with grilled vegetables too.
