Delicious swirled pumpkin cheesecake bars perfect for fall.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree, sugar, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- Pour half of the mixture over the crust.
- Drop spoonfuls of the remaining mixture on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting.
Notes
- Serve chilled for best flavor.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
