- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 cup white sugar for coating
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder for coating
Instructions

- Transfer dough to a bowl and let cool for 4–5 minutes.
- Add egg and vanilla. Mix with a hand mixer until smooth.
- Transfer dough to a piping bag.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray the basket.
- Pipe bite-sized churros into the basket without overcrowding.
- Lightly brush churros with butter. Air fry for 10–12 minutes until golden brown. Cook in batches if needed.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- While churros are warm, toss them in the cinnamon sugar. Brush lightly with melted butter if needed to help coating stick.
- Serve warm with chocolate syrup, honey, or your favorite dip.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer to ensure even cooking.
- Dough can also be spooned instead of piped for a rustic shape.
