Ingredients

  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until pink.
  4. Add bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, and garlic. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
