A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring shrimp and steak with vibrant vegetables.
Ingredients

- 8 oz steak, sliced
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Add bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas, and garlic. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Adjust vegetables based on your preference.
- You can use chicken instead of steak if desired.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
