- 4 large green peppers, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped

- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Stir in the chopped green peppers and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add diced tomatoes, beef broth, cooked rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
