- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a baking dish.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in the sliced strawberries gently into the whipped cream mixture.
- Spread the strawberry mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add a splash of lemon juice to the strawberries.
