Strawberry Cheesecake Puff Pastry Braids are an easy and flaky dessert filled with delicious strawberry and cream cheese.

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and flour in a bowl.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on the puff pastry.
- Add chopped strawberries over the cream cheese.
- Cut slits on both sides of the pastry.
- Braid the pastry by folding the strips over the filling.
- Brush the top with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.

- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
