These strawberry cheesecake cookies combine the flavors of cheesecake and strawberries in a delicious cookie form.

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture. Stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
