Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1/2 cup milk, warmed
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg; mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  5. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, strawberries, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the cheesecake mixture on top.
  7. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Drizzle with heavy cream and serve warm.
