Description
A batch of homemade Strawberry Cheesecake Cinnabon Rolls topped with whipped cream cheese strawberry frosting, fresh from the oven.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1/2 cup milk, warmed
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg; mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- In another bowl, combine cream cheese, strawberries, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread the cheesecake mixture on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle with heavy cream and serve warm.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use fresh strawberries.
- These rolls are best served warm.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
