Delicious steak kabobs marinated with savory flavors.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1½ pounds top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 ounces button mushrooms
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 metal skewers
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, brown sugar, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place steak cubes in the marinade, ensuring all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, up to 8 hours.
- Thread marinated beef and vegetables onto skewers, alternating pieces and leaving slight space between them.
- Brush lightly with some of the marinade, then discard any remaining marinade.
- Grill over high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning every few minutes, until cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- If using wooden skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Works well with other vegetables like zucchini or cherry tomatoes.
