Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, almond flour, powdered sugar, and all-purpose flour.
- Add eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract, salt, and baking powder. Stir until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.

- Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
