Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and brown sugar together.
  4. Add maple syrup and egg to the butter mixture, mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. For icing, combine powdered sugar, milk, and brown butter until smooth.
  9. Ice cookies once cooled.
