- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream.
- Add the cooked sausage, bell peppers, cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables or meats.
- This casserole can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
- Reheat in the microwave for a quick breakfast.
