S’more Bars are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that combines the classic flavors of s’mores in a convenient bar form.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the baked crust.
- If using, add shredded coconut on top.
- Bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature.
- Feel free to add nuts or other toppings as desired.
