Delicious Smashburger Quesadillas filled with juicy beef and cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef, onions, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned.
- Remove beef mixture from heat and stir in tomatoes and jalapeños.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet, add half the beef mixture and half the cheese on top.
- Cover with the second tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice into wedges, and serve.
