Description

Delicious Smashburger Quesadillas filled with juicy beef and cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef, onions, salt, and pepper. Cook until beef is browned.
  3. Remove beef mixture from heat and stir in tomatoes and jalapeños.
  4. Place one tortilla in the skillet, add half the beef mixture and half the cheese on top.
  5. Cover with the second tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
  6. Flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from skillet, slice into wedges, and serve.
