Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place carrots in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, brown sugar, butter, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
  3. Pour the mixture over the carrots.
  4. Stir to coat the carrots evenly.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until carrots are tender.
  6. Stir occasionally for even cooking.
