- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved

- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, add the beef bites and baby potatoes.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic butter over the beef and potatoes.
- Season with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Add the beef broth to the slow cooker.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
