- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet chicken gravy mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken gravy mix, and chicken broth. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken breasts, making sure they are fully coated.
- Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on low heat for 6-7 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Once the chicken is cooked, carefully remove the lid and stir in the sour cream. Mix until the gravy is smooth and creamy.
- You can either leave the chicken breasts whole or shred them with two forks to allow the chicken to fully absorb the creamy gravy.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
