  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  7. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
