Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat well.
  4. Place chicken on a baking sheet.
  5. Add zucchini, bell pepper, and onion around the chicken.
  6. Drizzle remaining marinade over the vegetables.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
