Ingredients

- 4 scallions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 bell pepper, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
