Ingredients

- 1 package pumpkin gnocchi
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add pumpkin gnocchi and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder over the top.
- Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Notes
- Serve hot for best flavor.
- Can substitute spinach with kale.
- Add more cheese if desired.
