Ingredients

- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Spread shredded coconut on a baking sheet and toast for 5-7 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix toasted coconut, caramel sauce, and crushed graham crackers.
- Form mixture into small balls.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter together.
- Dip chilled balls into the chocolate mixture.
- Let the truffles set on parchment paper.
