Description

A delicious blend of creamy cheesecake, spiced apple pie filling, and rich salted caramel, all on a graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups apple pie filling
  • ½ cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  5. Spread the apple pie filling over the cheesecake layer.
  6. Pour the remaining cheesecake mixture on top of the apple filling.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool.
  8. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the top before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger apple flavor, add more apple pie filling.
  • Chill the cheesecake for at least 4 hours before serving for best results.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
