Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry the fingerling potatoes.
  3. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
  4. In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot.
