Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned chickpeas. Dry them well using a clean dishtowel or paper towel.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the chickpeas on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove the chickpeas from the oven. Place them in the bowl, add the spices, and toss until coated.
  5. Return them to the baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes until browned and crunchy.
