Description
A delicious homemade peanut butter crunch bark featuring creamy milk chocolate, swirls of peanut butter, and crispy Reese’s Crunch Bites, topped with chopped peanuts for the perfect sweet-and-salty snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup Reese’s Crunch Bites, coarsely chopped
- ¼ cup roasted, unsalted peanuts, chopped
- ¼ cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy, as preferred)
- 1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother chocolate)
Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup and a smooth finish on the bark.
- Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 15-20 second intervals, stirring each time, until melted and smooth.
- Spread the Chocolate Base: Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it into an even layer, about ¼ inch thick.
- Add Peanut Butter: Drizzle the peanut butter over the melted chocolate. Using a knife, swirl the peanut butter into the chocolate to create a marbled effect.
- Top with Crunch Bites and Peanuts: Evenly sprinkle the Reese’s Crunch Bites and chopped peanuts over the chocolate and peanut butter layer. Press them gently so they adhere to the chocolate.
- Chill and Set: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes or until the chocolate sets completely.
- Break and Serve: Once firm, break the bark into pieces. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for a crispier texture.
