Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine oil, buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, vanilla, and vinegar.
