- 4 medium flour tortillas
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream

- 2 tablespoons chocolate sauce
- 4 maraschino cherries with stems
Instructions
- Prepare Alcohol-Free Vanilla Extract Whipped Cream: In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it begins to thicken. Incorporate the powdered sugar and Alcohol-Free Vanilla Extract. Continue whipping until soft peaks form. Refrigerate the mixture until ready to assemble.
- Warm Tortillas: Gently warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for approximately 10-15 seconds per side, just until they become pliable.
- Assemble Wraps: Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center of each warmed tortilla. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.
- Add Root Beer Cream and Fold: Top each serving of ice cream with a generous spoonful of the prepared root beer whipped cream. Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inwards over the filling, then roll up tightly to form a wrap.
- Plate and Garnish: Place each formed wrap seam-side down on a serving plate. Garnish each wrap with a maraschino cherry placed centrally on top.
- Serve Immediately: Present the dessert wraps immediately to ensure optimal texture and temperature.
