A hearty casserole featuring ranch-flavored chicken and crispy tater tots.
Ingredients

- 1 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 1 ounce packet Ranch seasoning
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 shredded rotisserie chicken (approx. 4 cups shredded chicken)
- 1 32 ounce package tater tots
- 1 pound beef (cooked and crumbled)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream of chicken, sour cream, ranch seasoning packet, and milk.
- Add the shredded chicken and beef crumbles to the cream mixture and stir.
- Spray a 9×13 pan with non-stick spray and line with the tots.
- Spread the chicken mixture over the tots and cover with the shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake in a 350° pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes.
- Uncover and cook for an additional 5-8 minutes until cheese is bubbly and browned.
