- 300g rice cakes
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions
- Soak rice cakes in water for 30 minutes.
- Mix gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Drain rice cakes and thread them onto skewers.
- Brush the sauce over the rice cakes.
- Grill skewers on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the spiciness by adding more or less gochujang.
- Serve with a side of pickled vegetables for contrast.
