Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and green onions.
- Place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the wrapper over the filling, tucking in the sides, and seal with a little water.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
