Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, protein powder, almond butter, and honey or maple syrup.
- Add rolled oats, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- If desired, fold in chocolate chips.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
