Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin, sugar, oil, and eggs.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Pour batter into greased baking pan.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Let it cool completely.
  7. For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  8. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix until combined.
  9. Spread frosting over cooled bars.
